What does Casa Bella need?

  • That you have the deed and your plot/site plans with full ownership up to date.
  • That the land is ready to build. We require that the land is completely clean and free of debris. We do not demolish existing structures and make debris removal. The land (plot) must be completely clean and clear of anything that prevents the free flow of construction machinery.
  • For an additional cost that may be included in the construction loan we can quorate the preparation of the land.
  • THE DESIRE TO HAVE YOUR HOME AT A GREAT PRICE AND SPEED.
